A halfling who goes by Cassiel Downing. She has gained a reputation for being a reliable and quick messenger in the underground.

Willow Thistlemoss was born to her halfling parents who live in Aethos. Her parents moved into the city after an incident where her mother was tricked into entering the fae realm and spent a little over a year there before finding a way back to her husband in the mortal plane. They figured that life would be safer in a city. Being raised in the heart of the bustling city of Aethos, Willow was exposed to the beauty and chaos of city life from an early age. Her parents run a humble flower shop in the city, cultivating a small pocket of nature within the city's limits, by evoking plant growth in their rooftop floral greenhouse. They live above the quaint shop. Though it brings in little revenue, it was enough to keep the roof over their heads and modest food on the table. She grew up with them and helped with their business, but Willow always felt drawn to the hidden corners and forgotten alleyways, where nature's resilience somehow managed to thrive.
 
As a child, Willow discovered an uncanny ability to communicate with the city's pigeons, cats, and even the rats that scurried through the streets. She could navigate the labyrinthine alleyways with an almost magical intuition, and her keen senses helped her avoid both danger and detection. Her parents recognized her gift and encouraged her to develop her talents, understanding that the city held its own kind of wild magic.
 
However, the city's life was not without its darker aspects. At a young age, Willow caught the attention of a notorious mid-teir crime boss known as Salva "Bumpy" Lano. A childhood friend of hers, Galen, whom she often would spend were free times with, when not at school or helping her parents, fell into a seedy crowd. The crew Galen ran with caught the attention of Bumpy, as their activities selling silver-leaf, infringed on Bumpy's territory. He elected to give these boys a “talking to” and have them rounded up by his goons and invoke a little fear in them.
 
When Willow heard from a little birdy, literally and figuratively, that her friend was hooded and carted off she endeavoured to save him and hastily rushed to where the chickadee had seen him brought to. She snuck past serval henchmen and was halfway through untying Galen when Bumpy strode in. Impressed by her unique abilities, Bumpy saw the potential in using her talents for his own gain. He approached Willow with an offer she couldn't refuse – allowing Galen to keep all 10 fingers and a chance to work for him as a courier, using her druidic abilities to discreetly deliver messages and gather information throughout the city in exchange for a decent salary.
 
Reluctantly, Willow (now Cassiel) began taking on courier jobs for Bumpy's organization, knowing that her skills could be put to good use but also wary of the criminal world she was entering. Meeting several characters of the underworld during her deliveries she began networking and taking on courier jobs for all sorts of crime organizations and individuals. She rents a humble apartment 2 blocks from her parents as she didn’t want to risk bringing “work” home with her. She maintained her connection to the natural world by tending to a hidden rooftop garden filled with hardy plants and mystical herbs, a sanctuary of green in the heart of stone and steel.
