Ormr is meant to bridge the gap between humanity and dragons, showing that relationships between the two parties are not difficult. He and his companion Schutz have been together since Schutz was an egg.

The morning fog rolls in with dawn, the steam runs down the hills and the air is filled with the sound of bird songs. At the bank a halfling wakes and splashes his face with the cool water, he takes in the surroundings of his home for the last time before he leaves Anemone with the elders.
 
A branch snaps from behind Ormr as he turns around to see what approaches, it pounces and forces him into the stream, the birds flutter away and their song interrupted. Ormr stands and catches his breath to see his companion Schutz standing at the edge staring with his head tilted.
 
“If I needed a bath you could’ve said!” Ormr chuckles
