Xavier is a young Xin raised in the village of Stonegrove. He and his father, Cyclops, arrived at the settlement when Xavier was only 4. Shortly after, Cyclops perished from disease, leaving young Xavier an orphan. He was taken in by the Chronicler, and when he came of age he was trained as a Chronicler's apprentice. Unfortunately, before his apprenticeship could be complete, a strange phenomenon fell upon the village, turning all of its denizens to crystal.
