The bishop exalted her and for a long few years she served as his Sovereign, someone who actually ran things while the mad prophet sat on his ass writing Creation/Oblivion slash fiction in his bedroom.

Power. Sovereign wants control, but not necessarily in a way she is without equal. In an ideal world there would be a perfect hierarchy and all would obey the laws, and then there would be only peace and prosperity.
