Floon Blagmaar was a socialite, who was born in Waterdeep. He was a very delightful person to hang out and thought the best for everyone. His most trusted and beloved friends were the son of Dagult Neverember and the legendary explorer Volothamp Geddrarm. One night during one of his walks with Raener Neverember they were both abducted by Zhentarim Agents and later by Xanathar agents. He was mistakenly rekidnapped because the Agents thought he was Raener. He was saved eventually by the brave adventurers Yul and Deresathria.
