A young and chipper boy scout who grew up in the Verdant Refuge, Bell is convinced that the cure for the bloom is coming any day now and he is SO HAPPY to be a part of it
Bell Merryweather is a young and surprisingly optimistic young man. Growing up, he found that regular academics were not where he was best suited. As soon as he could, and with his parents' permission, Bell joined the BRASC as a Sprout Scout level one.
After graduating through all of the ranks of Jr Scouts to a Tree Scout level 5, Bell's scouting and academic achievements made him an extremely promising candidate for the newest expedition team to the Mainland.
Armed with a brand-new Prairie Scout uniform and a barrel of theoretical knowledge, Bell is eager to help usher an end to the problem of the bloom

Personal history
Bell was born aboard The Verdant Refuge, one of the grand City Ships of Largitas. His parents, both horticulturists specializing in sustainable crop cultivation, instilled in him a love of plants and the outdoors from an early age. However, Bell struggled with traditional academics, finding it difficult to sit still or focus in a classroom.
At the age of 9, Bell joined the BRASC Jr. Scouts Program, where he thrived. The combination of hands-on learning, survival skills, and a structured environment allowed him to flourish. Over the next decade, he climbed through the ranks, earning his Tree Scout Level 5 designation—one of the highest scouting ranks achievable on the City Ships.
Bell’s theoretical knowledge, paired with his boundless enthusiasm, earned him a coveted position on the Mainland Expedition Team, despite his lack of practical experience in the Bloom Zones. For Bell, this is a chance not just to prove himself but to make a real difference in the fight against the Bloom.
