Tony grew up along with other orphans in the streets of a backalley town in Russia. Standing tall from a rather young age, he likes to enact the protective big brother while mischieving in the city. He fled the Corpo Wars' russian battlegrounds to Night City, following the steps of a personal meaningful figure. He now struggles to decide if he either becomes a meaningful figure himself or strive to get that person's attention.
