Session 2

General Summary

Captain Dawncaller has received a message from Goblin Commador Gregek a plan to assault the sea fortress Ruels and former Sea Lord Agrier. The crew makes ready for their attack after Dawn just as the fog disappates. Once the assault begins an unexpected trap catches the Tymora'a Whim, a water elemental set to guard the bay, in the heat of battle the commissioners engage with the watery monstrosity. After a quick and intense battle the elemental is vanquished and the commissioners make it to the long boat headed for the fort. Once inside the crew made their way to the stronghold, using a map given to them by Mr. Morgrave , they ran into a pair of soldiers completely unprepared. While the pair were dispatched with ease the sound of reenforcements closing in the crew rushed to the stronghold and barricaded themselves in. Once inside the study Achilles and Caoimhe take a set of pens from the desk and try to enter Lord Agrier's room. Finding the door locked the crew is addressed by an older man (?) Who appeared out of thin air. After a few questions the man (?) gives them the key and heals their wounds. The crew breaks into Lord Agrier's study catching him off guard and they leap into action trying to capture him. Agrier summons a black blade to his side and viscously tries to make an escape, mortally wounding Thokk and scaring Achilles When he's parted from his black blade he blows the doors off their hinges and tries to flee only to be stopped by Crush . The crew has captured the fort and the former Agrier. It is a day of great victory.
