Session 19 Report: getting on the agenda
General Summary
- Escorted the Mirror Doppleganger to Silverbrook Guild Hall
- Once there Paymaster Gloin pointed out there were TWO Whistlestick
- The Doppleganger had taken on Whistlestick's form and The Order of the Freeheartcould not disambiguate between the two despite detailed questioning and the sacrifice of aa cockatrice egg.
- Turns out Dopplegangers can read minds
- Gloin got the guild guards to block the doors
- Valen Moonshadow came up with the plan
- using detect magic Valen workd out that real WHistlestick has a cloak of conjuration!
- Having outed the Doppelganger, a fight ensued
- The Mirror Doppleganger taunted each memeber about their past while fighting them
- Poppy Quickfoot took on the forem of a Brown Bear
- Valen was floored, but Aidan Brightsparkused his healing potion to revive him.
- once beaten, Gloin pays the group for the Doppleganger (750 GP)
- They collect the reward for Monster Bounty (1000 GP)
- Gloin finishes up all the paper work and wishs the group a good day
- Finnegan Tideswornrequests an audience with the Guild council
- after much misunderstanding and "negotiation" Gloin agrees to getting a meeting set up right then and guides the group to the council Chamber
- Meet 5 memebers of the Twin Town Guild Council

- The Council has a dossier on their deeds so far
- The group outline the proposal to leave the goblins in peace in return for their support to take back the Mines which they fled when The Sanguine Seraphstook over -Marbella wants her Guild to gin mining rights -Elara suggests a contract
- 3000 GP if the Goblins leave @whis for good.
- But 10,000 GP if Mining can continue (with or without Goblin agreement)
- a further 5% yield payment would go to the Order if this was to happen after Poppy negotiated.
- Derick Underhill will take all posters down
- group will owe a fee if they need to go back up
- Paperwork will be drawn up come the morning
- The group leave to check in on @jess
