Session 3: Work Hard, Play Harder Report

General Summary

Our college co-eds again proved themselves to be local heroes!    After several weeks of normalcy, having survived the frog incident at the Firejolt Cafe, our young student mages celebrated a wonderful performance by Diti in the fall play by going to the Bow's End Tavern. While there, Boris played Urz and Zanther in Wizard's Gizzards, a game involving putting a magical bubble in a bucket, and the gang ordered a small feast of food. Their wonderous night was interrupted, however, by steam mephits, small elementals, which had come from the kitchen.    Valiantly, our heroes stepped up to defend Chef Curtie. Zira was taken down almost instantly as the four mephits rushed her in the doorway, but Boris and his new friend, Shuvadri stepped into the fray while Diti offered medical assistance to Zira. Together, these four managed to defeat the elementals and earn a free meal from the house!    That night, Boris enacted a plot of revenge against their roommate Larine by writing a love letter intended to look like Zanther's hand...   The following week, our students took their final for the semester over Owlbears. They all did so well that none of them are required to take part in tutoring!    Now, having had the chance of a break, our young adventurers reconvene at one of their favorite haunts...
