Session 8: Gornmar Revelations

General Summary

The scavengers limp their way to the top of Gonmar Castle where they are greeted by Brother Harvey of the Order of the All Seeing Eye. he invites them in and has their hunger, exhaustion and injuries seen to. He purchases Grorrharns newspapers, noting that on of the papers is from his wedding day to the late Lady Gwendilin. This would technecally make Brother Harvey the rightful current ruler of Aul'daran if he chose to take power but he seems to have chosen a diferent path. Grahk then showed him the diary from Galador's home, he informed the group that the diary was written in a secret language of Neuressan and details the creation and replication of the plague that ravaged the kingdom. The book is destroyed, something Brother Harvey is normally lothed to do. He informs the party that a student of Galadors is currently doing research in the archive and that Galador was at this very library less than 3 weeks ago. The party is directed into the archive where Brother Harvey is unable to follow. The party finds and confrunts Jacqueline, Galador's student only to discover that she is infact a serpentfolk and attacks the group.
