Session 8: The Forest Trail Report

General Summary

Meet Cash

• As the party approached the Inn of the Sweet Lettuce, they were greeted by this Cash, see right.
• He introduced himself stating that he was searching for someone called Nix apparently in the White Wolves, and hoped they could help.
• He immediately hit it off with Josmul while everyone decided to deal with the bodies they had left at the inn, burying them in a Shatter-cast hole in the ground made by Tarvy.
• They then moved on, heading towards where they believed the Sharp Tooth Reavers were based.

Finding the Reavers

• The party then headed on, it was a couple of days march and a few things happened on en route:
• Thrack had conversations with a squirrel who was fairly unhelpful and a blackbird who agreed to give a bird’s eye view so they could find the camp.
• They used Needle and Flight to scout around the group as they travelled and found they were being consistently tracked.
• They were attacked by numerous worgs but made short work of them thanks to Tarvy’s darkness and Miadi’s thunder among other things.

Dealing with the Reavers

• They eventually found the camp which seemed to be a number of mounds, one large and 3 small with a group of wooden huts next to them.
• The Heartbreak Quintet were sent to deal with the huts and provide the distraction while the party made their way inside the mounds.
