S4 1131 GDC Allisa, 6th day of Zummaer Report

General Summary

On the afternoon of Allisa, the heroes set out north of Dhozzoum in the search of Cover of Clouds. They were prepared enough to travel close to the city but an unexpected wind storm slowed their progress and forced them to make camp by a nearby rock formation for cover. During the night however, they were attacked by a strange dusty winged creature. Torbin was able to hold it at bay while his companions woke but was put to sleep by its magic. Luckily Sariel was able to rouse and defeat the creature. Near the end of Arryn, on the 7th day, the party spotted a run down cabin off of one of the game trails they were following. As they got closer they were ambushed by an emaciated lioness, intent to make a quick meal of the interlopers. It was a quick but savage battle and the party managed to put the creature down. The quiet after the battle was interrupted by sounds of fighting, with more of these creatures inside the cabin.
