Session 73: The Festival of Life Report
General Summary
The companions of Franchise K of Acquisitions Incorporated wake up on the 30th Ares early in the morning. Zandi, Dagon, Karrin, and Jasmal are on the shore of Lake Kriton assisting with the aid of recently released female elf victims who were captured by the former crew of the Long boat that the companions attacked the night before. Over 100 women, teens and little girls being cared for. Having to deal with the death of their husbands, sons, and male friends. The children traumatized over the events that had transpired as they witness the destruction of their village less than a 10-day ago. The crews and passengersg of the 10 ships that witness this event the night before were also in shock. First the memorizing music that was so peaceful coming from a female wood elf on the Silver Current singing of a prophecy of the return of the Dovahkiin riders. This music also coming from the Socrates Forest as well. Then in a hart beat she became wrathful and fired on the long boat with a magical weapon and three Pegasus who came out of now where picking up these companions on the Silver Current and taking them to the long boat who took out the crew of the long boat. Then that same elf now with glowing eyes and a very haunting voice found over 100 female elves ranging from adults to children in slave collars to be sold on the black market into slavery. The stories that will be told at all the taverns, inns, and campfires in the evening. Once the elves were cared for and put on wagons to be escorted back the the city of Thysdrus home of the of Legolas the companions departed for the elven city as well. Karin, Jasmal, and Dagon riding the three Pegasus to the city. Zandi once again after five years led her Moon Shadow Rangers back to the city of Thysdrus. The rest of companions stayed aborad the Silver Current as it followed suit as well. The passengers that had paid for this trip hoping to see wonder of this legendary forest got way more than they had bargained for. Once everyone had arrived in town the companions were escorted by Zandis Moonshadow rangers to apartments in the city. Zandi staying in the Military officers quarters. Once settled in the companions visited the beautiful city in the trees. A city built into living trees with out harming the trees. Arceven being diligent went to the Keep it self to talk to the magistrate about Zandi. He was here to defend his intern and exonerate her of what ever crimes she was being charged with. The two young guards had no clue what he was talking about and he also forgot the Festival of Life was the next day and pretty much everyone was shutting down for the holiday. The next day the Festival of Life began as 20 venders or more were set up on the shores of Lake Kriton. Food, crafting, partying for 24 hours as the all who live on the Planet of YonZora enjoy a tax free day and the celebration of spring and new life and growth as the planting season begins. New animals being born. To celebrate the wood elves hold the annual Easter egg hunt and the companions of Franchise K participated finding candy money, and magical items. It was a fun day of relaxation and fun.
