Chester Winterwood is a Lieutenant in the Army of Redmere Federation. The party met Lieutenant Winterwood in Session 2 at the Whitewood Inn on the road between Oramond and Nornvik. He offered his platoon's rooms at the inn to the party and planned to escort the party to Nornvik, as he believed the party were members of the Order of Bhethir. He told th eparty that he had recently taken a test to join the Order. -

Moira
Moira (the name given by this woman) is an older elf. She rescued the party from the cave where members of the 16th Regiment are killed by the Order of Bhethir. She herself was a member of the 16th Regiment centuries ago and escaped. She now helps other survivors of the 16th to escape and live in hiding. -

Elven man, scar from side of mouth to middle of cheek. A member of the 16th who, in conjunction with @[Moira ](person:3d35b76b-0295-4e6d-84b4-0e06ff4ec73f), helped the party escape the Order of Bheithir. He was full of conspiracy theories.
