Burken Greatfist
Burken, or a Bugotuk knew him, "Pappy" was a legendary Goron Warrior known for his ability to defeat nearly any enemy with just his massive fist. Stout, red-haired Hylian. The jeweler in Rito Village. Kidnapped by the Howling Hatred Cult and extorted to forge magical Wing Rings.

Sheikah merchant and owner of Vallivoe's Sundries in Red Larch. The shop was full of knick-knacks and trinkets and fortunately, mostly spared during The Battle of Red Larch.

Filo
Filo is a grey and red hawk-headed Rito who prefers the company of other Rito. He seemed to have a bias towards adventurers but had excellent magical prowess and amazing stock in his shop.

Short, elderly sheikah found in Stoneguard Keep. Alchemist and bomb-maker who seemed to be a bit loose in the head. He made a deal with the monks that he would not bother them, in exchange for the same.

Grund was a guard for The Believers in Red Larch. After being confronted by the party, he resigned his life of crime and has since become a Pickle merchant in town.

Harburk Tuthmarillar is the Constable of Red Larch. He is a stern and strong man with strong conviction to protect his town and his people. While he would never state it out loud, Harburk is a firm believer in frontier justice and he has supported the party at most opportunities. He is a visible member of the Hylian alliance.

Jopa is the leader of Rito Village in every way except in title. He prefers not to be a public figure, leaving that to Dulko. It's no secret that he and Dulko often don't see eye to eye on issues relating to Rito Village.

Lorren
The baker in Red Larch. Rotund and stout Shiekah. His face is rosy and he is almost always in a good mood. His bread could definitely be better, but for a long journey north or south from Red Larch, nothing beats his crumble cake.
Ludfo
Crotchety old Zora who ran the docks in Westbridge. He wore traditional pirate garb and had a large scar across his back fin. He was being blackmailed by the Crushing Wave Cult.
Pell Mhandyvver
Young girl and grandaughter of Minny Mhandyvver. She can frequently be found playing games around Red Larch and getting herself in trouble as a result. She telling people about the ghost in the hills and also heard strange noises by the quarry after The Battle of Red Larch.
