Valian carpenter who moved into the town recently, has a brother in law who owns a town not far outside town. was trapped under a chandelier until agnar rescued him
Garril
A half elven cleric of pharasma, and local grave-tender. wears a thick cloak and almost always keeps his hood up and his dark glasses cover what little is visible. been in cyrus for a very long time and may actually be the oldest person in town but none know his exact age.
Gregor
Head cleric of the town and priest of Oro. Elderly and long since retired he used to be a crusader in oro's name and is widely considered a war hero from the "Storm War". now he spends his days preforming his clerical duties and returned to the place of his birth to preform his less combative duties of oro's service
Haelvard
Former adventurer and gunslinger turned bartender. Owns the dragon's head inn featuring the stuffed head of the dragon kartherax he helped the baron slay over 20 years ago. known as a reliable sort and despite his weight gain still has some of his old moves.
Hilda Palehammer
Dwarf blacksmith who moved to the town quite some time ago to be with her husband Belegost Palehammer a famous silversmith.Her husband went missing a few years ago leaving her alone with their child. james dulac was instrumental in them keep their estate in the wake of Belegosts disappearance. now serves as the towns main remaining blacksmith, fixing what needs to be fixing and making a humble living while doing so.

Cleric of the church of prosperous unification a nonthiestic church preaching the unification of all. older man with white hair yet moves with little frailty of his age. he has been in cyrus for years and been a cornerstone of the community since
Jenna "red Jenny" Harlow
Half elven cleric of Kythos, has been a fixture in the town of some time. what little love the town has for kythos she has earned their respect for being one of the few remaining cleric in town. dry humor and quick to insult she usually does not make a good impression.
Mcduff
Former mine foreman turned down on his luck drunk. One time respected member of the community his life hasnt been the same since the silver mines were closed in town and turned to drink. despite his desperation mcduff is a stubborn fool, refuses to move on to greener pastures or steal, instead doing what odd jobs he can find in town.
Milo Brambleberry
Halflingworld class baker and adoptive father of Annie. His mind has started to go in recent years but his bread is as good as ever.
Muhingo
Azarketi from the nearby Kawako tribe, white beard and the face of a grizzled sailor. works as a porter down at the docks, sending most of what he makes back to the tribe. Mute after cutting off his own tongue at sea
O'Lanky
A bard of mediocre quality originally from gaathe. his songs are bad and singing voice worse he would likely have been run out of town if he weren't such a good juggler. currently very shaken by the events in the tavern
T'Huan'tec
Extremely large and muscular lizardmen with green scales an an alligator like snout. Arrived in Cyrus with Urok just before the storms started. speaks rather simply and wears garb that could be considered more tribal looking than his ward Urok.
Tartucio
Small island ratfolk who works at the docks as the primary clerk of the R.A.T. very by the book and usually refuses to do anything not on a form. due to cutbacks with local docking authorities all cargo into town falls under his purview.
Urok
A pale white koblod cleric of Urdyr. Arrived in Cyrus with his bodyguard T'Huan'Tec just before the storms hit. have been venturing out into the wilderness and returning every so often.
