Agito the Famine Report

General Summary

Returning to Miketsukami, the group prepared to fight against Agito. Genji returned to Miketsukami and made a final attempt to convince Suzuha to at least evacuate part of the city. She relented and evacuated the south gate and the surrounding districts. Benkei also had another strange vision. The following morning final preparations were made and the group headed into the dessert. They broke bread with Agito and he cautioned against the battle, as simply fighting would complete the Crest of Blood. The group persisted, and the battle commenced. The group greatly underestimated Agito, and in perhaps the toughest, most brutal combat the group had faced thus far, Agito was defeated and his Soul Captured at the cost of both Genji and Vuzath's lives. Agito died standing and didn't fade away, unlike the other Yonkishi. Instead of returning to Miketsukami, Benkei brought the group back to Abe no Seimei only to find it under siege.
