Session 3: Shadows of Salem

General Summary

Arthur's death weighs heavy on Victoria as she quashes some conversation about him from the servants. Victoria even paid to have his body shipped back to London like he had wanted to. She is seen with Fenrichard a new werewolf. One of the group asks why she got him and she mentioned that with Arthur murdered some heat may come on them and so she needed a guard dog. Richard sees this and protests saying that he can protect the family and Victoria disagrees.   Before long they are interrupted by Nethanial Hawthorne a young man from Salem seeking help. Victoria mentions that she really can't help him but, Nathaniel is persistent saying that he can give her some help later on if she helps him. Victoria agrees to hear him out. Nathanial mentions that he is from salem and that his family is haunted by spirits. Richard mentions that mages would be more suited to the task but, Nathainal says he tried but, the guardians of the veil have vanished from his area. Victoria agrees and dispatches the house.   The group next figures that they need a ride to get to Salem and Richard mentions that they may want to try to get a ride Selene may be their best bet. They head over to the shrew where Selene agrees to help. She takes them outback and shows them where a black horse and cart are parked. She mentioned that the horse was a gift from Arthur and she never noticed him eating anything and that he was extremely swift. She said she'd lend him the horse only if on their way back from Salem they would go and pick up a few things for them. The group agreed and in two days they were in Salem.   The town was not to welcoming to them and mentioned that there was a strictly enforced curfew in place. The group went to the group went to the Hawthorne place where before they entered Lenora noticed 20 shadows. She and Charolette tried to interacted with them but, got nothing. The group entered the home end met the Hawthornes. They talked about the towns messy history with the events of the witch trials. They ate food and were then welcomed into their beds with the girls getting actual rooms but, the rest of the group having to share the living room. Late in the night they were haunted by spirits and the group fought them off.   they immediately left to handle the haunting. They soon met Abigale Williams whom was one of the accusers. She mentions that the spirits are restless because they all didn't get a proper burial and that there were 5 relics in total that she had yet to track down. The group went to work after getting locations.   The first relic was a doll with hair from a victim, the next was a pipe fashioned out of a bone, There was a mans pickled gentiles, A bible bound in skin, and finally at the hawthorne house there was a bag of teeth that was hidden under the floor boards. The group found all items and even murdered a priest along the way. They helped Abigale perform the exorcism and finished their business in the town.    On their way back to Boston they stopped and picked up what they needed for selene. Though when they arrived back in town a crowd had gathered to see selene's father getting hanged as a witch by a man named William and his associate Ben
