God King

Achilles: the Sunbringer, self-proclaimed favored of The Everlasting, now turned divinity in his own right, immortal God King and unquestioned sovereign of all the land, has begun his iron-fisted conquest.   And he is winning.   From his invulnerable seat of power, the floating city of Gravesbane, and with the aid of hordes of demons and undead, Achilles has subdued half of the continent of Graveslor in mere weeks. The rest is soon to follow. And he will not stop there: Achilles will fight until the entire world is held in his grasp, an empire of untold proportions. Any hope of salvation dwindles with every city that falls to his reign.   The exponential increase of Achilles' regime has caused the remaining Graveslori nations to put aside their strife and unite into a coalition dedicated to making a last stand against Achilles' fiendish forces.   Religion has been banned. When the world needed them most, the gods went silent. Those that remain faithful are relentlessly persecuted. Only the new Church of the Sun Saint - Achilles himself - remains.   Our leaders are dead.   Our gods are dead.   Hope is dead.   We killed them all.
