Session II: What the f*ck just happened? Report

General Summary

The Ground Station base was received a distress call from one of the mining settlements in Kepler 22-B stating that their power and defense systems are down, and they need a replacement power supply for their whole settlement. Bravo Team was tasked to escort the payload and defend the settlement until the repairs are finished. The power supply can't be transferred via the underground railway system as it is too large and the remaining power in the settlement is being diverted all to life support. Along the way, Bravo Team encountered a platoon of marauders aboard their mechs who wanted the power supply for themselves, but they were able to fend them off.   Arriving at the base, the mining settlement immediately starts the installation of the power supply, along with the repairs for their defense system. After almost an hour of repairs, enabling the characters to rest for a bit, they detected another wave of marauders approaching the settlement and asked the Bravo Team to hold out for just a few more minutes. Bravo Team set up a defensive formation, placing their two snipers/artillery and controller units atop elevated positions while the striker units waited by the gate of the settlement. The marauders arrived, with some of them even flying, dodging the assault from the Bravo Team.   After a few minutes of combat, with the Bravo Team's defense really holding out well, they see a number of vessels, with each of them having a cable attached to them, carrying a Size 1 mech and drops it atop the gate of the settlement. The marauder, which seemed to be the leader of this particular group, introduces himself as Jack Nikolai, or more known by the name of "Hunter." He rallied his remaining marauder troops and tried to finish off the Bravo Team to claim the settlement back. But with the combined efforts of the Bravo Team, they were able to completely finish off the rest of the marauders, along with Hunter. Whatever remains of them were quickly dealt with by the defense systems of the settlement, as they were up and running by the end of this combat.   When they returned to base, General Williams informed them of a mysterious transmission that they were able to intercept on a mysterious frequency, which they were able to decode as:
