Session 1: The offer Report

General Summary

The players gathered in Baldur's Gate, where they met with a mysterious visitor. They were told where to meet should they accept his offer then swiftly he left. The party split up some to gather resources, the others to scout ahead. Traveller Ended up being given Van Richten's Letter which he handed to the players when the met at the location. A whisper asked if they were ready and after accidentally saying yes they were all whisked into darkness.   They met The Entity  who offered them gifts. It explained the rules as well as what can be expected. One after another the players accepted the gifts and were transported to Barovia where they have no memory of the meeting. They met with Xy'mox  who explained how the task would work before swiftly leaving. They headed to the Abbey where after showing the letter to the Burgomeister he escorted them to The Abbott . The Abbott glad to see new adventurers offered his aid as best he could. Whilst the party couldn't accept his large generosity at face value, as a sign of goodwill he revealed himself to be a Deva. Then not knowing what to do next he told the adventurers of items they could find throughout the land before suggesting to visit the Wizard of the Wines Vineyard . Overhearing their conversation Madam Eva  gave them a brief fortune telling guiding players to the locations of these treasures. The players left the town towards the vineyard.   Whilst on their travels they encountered some undead assailants. Dispatching of them quickly they then continued onto the vineyard where they met Davian Martikov . After repairing his wagon he asked them to clear out the vineyard so he could procede with the repairs and deliver the wine across the lands.
