Session 17: A Lost Empire Report

General Summary

The party stars by getting moonblinked. Kenrith again avoids the effects entirely, being rejuvenated by the blessing of Cozadel. Korac'h remains somewhat under its effects. Nolfravell begins to lose himself completely, and no longer feels any connection to his name.   The party is then randomly put into 1-on-1 tournament.   The elderly mercenary lady defeats the thug easily. Kenrith fairly quickly defeats a bandit captain. Nolfravell goes up against a lightning scout, who nearly defeats him, but when her lightning boost runs out he is able to weasel out a win. Nolfravell likewise nears death, but calls upon remotely the powers of Vod Savo's soul gem and gains some temporary false life before using his high powered spells to earn a victory.   Each victor is branded, most on their chest above their heart. Nolfravell is branded with the fist of the legion on his forehead, so that all can see he is a reunified deserter.   Tajic declares all victors brothers and sisters of the legion.
