Session 83: Entering the Feywild Report

General Summary

The group decides to blow up the cavern by using some Mistletoe Blood Cloth & Amber. A strange chemical smell is following the party when they make their escape after preparing 2 parts of Mistletoe Blood Cloth to explode. These were placed behind two lage columns carved like sleteal remains. Most of the cavern gets filled with debris.   After blowing it up, Bushtail brushes past Eleia, prompting Grimmaz asking if Bushtail has an tunnel close by, through the Feywild. The group moves on through the portal to the Feywild. At first Grimmaz enters the portal, followed by Anselma, Nine, Eleia, Reolus and lastly Bushtail. The group meets the Pixie Queen Maisie of the Seelie Court.   To restore Alfies wings we need:   A pair of wings from a giant dragonfly found to the west of here. 1 1,5 mile away.   A bag of pixie dust in an eagles nest to the east 1 to 1.5 miles away.   A pearl of a giant oyster from the North.   A type of specific fungus/mushroom in the south prickle morgen cap/cath reddish small cat size of acorn south in the green hag's garden. Close to the entrance of the dark fey.   The Queen mentions the Unseelie Court, 'just wait until you meet the green hag', a few meters away. The group decides to go North, East, South, West in that order to get the materials needed. Maisie lets the group out to the North.   The group is greeted by a beautiful sight with lots of greenery and flowers. The group is told to follow the path to the North until the river and then look left and right for the biggest pearl. The group gets to the river and decide to wade through it to find the oysters with the biggest pearl.   Eleia tries to get a pearl and gets her hand caught in a closed oyster. She gets it off by placing it over the fire.   Reolus goes fishing and gives 2 trout to Grimmaz to cook with the fire and keeps a big feisty salmon for himself to cook/burn on the fire.   Eleia catches 2 more oysters and gets the pearls from them, and Reolus 2 pearls. 3 Satyrs are watching Eleia and Reolus flirt & play in the water while they are getting more oysters.   Reolus goes up the tree to get the Pixie Dust. He has to distract an eagle in it's nest to get it to move to grab the Pixie Dust. Reolus is successful in doing so.   Grimmaz enters the Hag's garden and gets the mushroom cap. The Hag is made aware by two singing mushrooms and Grimmaz teaches them some moe tunes to sing. The Hag says she can supply him a 'little favour' for doing so. He remembers that there is always a catch for the favour of a Hag.   The group continues on to the last objective, the dragonfly's.   Reolus jumps on a dragonfly and forces it down to the group. The group ties up an harness around the dragonfly. After which the group moves back to the pixies with the dragonfly flying behind them like some sort of unwilling balloon.   Maisie kills the dragonfly for the extreme fresh pair of wings, and goes to prepare the medicine with the help of some other pixies. After the medicine is ready Maisie goes on to heal Alfie while speaking in Sylvan. The group is glad that Alfie is healed up again and can use her wings. Reolus who is trying to learn Sylvan picks up a few words / phrases but unable to truly make sense of it at present.   Alfre is restoted with the memory of seeing a horrific sight of Hell as follows: Thousands of  humanoid shaped burning creatures and a person with wings holding a flaming sword. The description reminds Reolus of stories of a fallen angel from the Christian religion.   Maisie brings out a bright green vine necklace with a tough red berry on it. The berry can be crushed at any time which will give you a bit of inspiration or a bit of extra survival chance in a fight. It will take a month to grow back and if taken off & left for 1 hour it will wither and die.   Crush the berry 1d3 inspiration or 1d6 hit points.   The pixies open a portal back home which Reolus runs through first. After which Grimmaz and Eleia follow with Nine and Anselma. Grimmaz tells the guards to prepare for a party tomorrow in honor of Kulug.   Nine is told to go to the Inn and talk to the innkeeper named Baldwin. He has renamed the inn to The Eschbach Shields while the town is growing slowly from a village to a full-blown town.  Partly renamed to take in Eschbach's cost of arms, the white & red shields.
