Session 14 - Lost - Level 5

General Summary

The party take in their new surroundings, and see a strange flickering movement in the distance and begin to head towards it. They eventually catch up to the time elemental, and are immediately overwhelmed by its strength. As they prepare to run, a ferocious roar echoes over the terrains which sends the elemental running. The Guardian beast of this realm Jazirian, has found the party and begins to converse with them.   After some meaningful conversation, the party learn the truth about the Eden, the former cradle of creation. The guardian explains that while they are allowed here, bearing the mark of the Weaver, they do not belong in this place. He tells them that there is a portal to leave this place, but he cannot grant them free passage. They must overcome the guardians protecting it if they want to return to where they belong.   The party engage the guardians of the portal, where Darnalore and Zolv are nearly left behind due to one of the guardians stepping onto the arcane circle that blocks creatures from passing through the portals threshold.   We end the session with everybody having stepped through the portal, and everyone reaching level 5. Next session we begin Chapter 02.
