General Summary
Murder! A thief, Nilasa Hume, is dead. The chief of security was ordered by an unknown agent to lie, the same unknown agent that actually committed the murder. A foreign doctor, Wolfgang von Recklinghausen, took the papers Nilasa stole. According to her, because she asked him to despite not knowing anything about him other than that he was not Danoran or Risuri. The unknown agent confronted the doctor, but was severely harmed, leaving strange tainted blood and dark foul-smelling ichor behind. A two-day-old receipt for alchemical items with the initials D.W. An empty potion vial, once holding contraband invisibility elixir, currently with Vasha in the lab. A washcloth soaked in the dark ichor, also with Vasha. Someone, claiming to be a Constable, was after the doctor. Wolfgang's room was ransacked. A generous benefactor and sponsor, Heward Sechim, a factory owner in Parity Lake. Heward's father, Nevard Sechim, an ailing Skyseer. Unlikely to speak to newcomers without someone vouching for them.
