Session 9 - Fog of War Report

General Summary

Mairi discovered that the potion of invisibility that Nilasa had used originally came from an alchemist in Pine Island.   Sig and Edward discussed Nilasa with her patron, Heward Sechim, a factory owner in Parity Lake. The nearby factories were surrounded by protestors and the entire district seemed ready to explode, even *before* the rash of recent factory burnings.   Mairi was able to blend in with "Nilasa's crowd" at the Thinking Man's tavern, a group of pot-stirring philosophers and "professional students".   Aeldrith utilized his contacts to confirm that Waryeye, a gnome alchemist, has been working with some shady characters and smugglers, and is based out of Pine Island.   Heward had asked the party to meet with his father, Heward, a skyseer that has good relations with Gale, the "terrorist". The party chose to follow-up on Heward first.   On the route there, a carriage that rushed past the party is now hanging precariously over the edge, under ambush by archers from the woods. Screams are erupting from inside the carriage.
