☑ Main Quest: The Lost Prince
- Party members are at The Deck, a tavern
- Accepted a job offer from Nico
- Nico says he needs to reach the Costa family
- He has information on their missing son, Inigo Costa
- Took an hour to rest before leaving
- Arrived at the Costa Estate and found the gate locked and no lights on
- Noticed somebody strange perched on the wall surrounding the estate
- Approached the hooded stranger while Nico tried to open the gate
- Stranger warned them that they should leave
- Their hood fell back and revealed an elf with Vallaslin
- Strange elf gave Sorin an additional warning in Elvhen
- “This place smells of death. Do not linger.”
- Sorin shared the message with the group
- The group ignored the warning
- Strange elf left without answering any other questions
- Entered the estate after finding blood outside
- Zayd noticed that Nico’s beard was peeling off
- When confronted, Nico pulled the fake beard off
- Nico claimed he was in disguise for a job
- Jarryn will not let the beard die
- Followed a trail of blood to the next room and found a body and a magical seal
- Found a painting of the Costa family in the Salon
- Nico is in the painting
- Nico is Inigo Costa
- Found another seal and body in the Dining Room
- Found Bit, an elven scullery maid, hiding in the Kitchen
- Zayd was struck temporarily deaf
- Bit explained that the family had been attacked the previous day
- She did not see the attackers
- She had been hiding in the Larder
- Leave Bit in the Kitchen with a light
- Found a trap and another corpse in the Servants’ Quarters
- Found blood stains and a trail in the Solar
- Found two corpses and a seal in the Office
- Room had been ransacked
- Found a large magical seal blocking the Library
- Sorin admitted he is a mage
- Explains that there are 4 smaller seals feeding power into this
- Mages successfully dispelled 3 seals downstairs
- Went upstairs and triggered a trap on the stairway
- Found a seal in the Master Bedroom
- Dispelled the seal
- Searched the Bedrooms and found that they had all been ransacked
- Nico notices that nothing of value was taken
- Attackers are searching for something specific
- Heard voices coming up the stairs
- Ambushed and fought two guards
- Nico killed one before he could be questioned
- The second had no real answers - they were hirelings
- Nico given option to kill second guard, but did not
- Dispelled final seal on the Library
- Found Tessa, a blood mage inside
- Tessa taunted them and revealed she needed Inigo Costa’s blood
- Antony, Rosario, and Santino Costa had already been killed
- Their bodies were held in stasis
- Fought defeated Tessa, who summoned a Shade
- When questioned, Tessa killed herself rather than answer
- Found a ring and letters on Tessa
- Found an amulet on the desk
- Nico decided he couldn’t stay in the house, asked the party to follow him
- Gathered money and rescued Bit
- Left Bit at another estate
- Took the party to A Soft Touch, a massage parlor
- Met Sofia, who allowed them to spend the night
- Offered two rooms
- Party split: Sorin/Cassian and Jarryn/Zayd/Nico
