2.2 Blood & Sea. Scale & Timber.

General Summary

With the Murlock sent scattering beneath the waves of The Bay of Kaldross, the heroes of tribute are left scrambling to tend to the wounded sailors and friends. 'Stash - Cook on The Periwinkle was mortally wounded, and mercifully ended by the subtle blade of Vargan while Wilhelm and Declan tend to the severe cut that Sophitia took from the Murlock Warlord.

But not all the murlock were able to escape, and a captured shellguard shared that they were brought on to attack the vessel under the command of their warlord who said they took the tribe's silver. Before they could find much else however, the creature attacked and was executed by a swift arrow from Declan's bow.

While they were at first aggresive towards the heroes, the crew was eventually calmed by the cooler heads of Nayara and the tribute heroes. After a night's rest they quickly got to work to resume their journey. At the heroe's suggesiton, the crew decided to toss the remaining murlock weapons off the ship - save for the Murlock Warlords massive sword and a bow kept by Buck and Declan respectaviley. After working with Yoffren, the ship's injured mechanic to restore the ship's driver - the heroes were soon back on their way toward Rystanburg. But a journey that was set out to gather answers has already presented more questions - and the true motivation for the Murlock's uncharacteristic assault on a shipping vessel remains to be seen.
