  • East Boundary
    East Boundary is a growing east coast city built upon mysterious ruins and archaeological finds. In it's early developmental days and in construction now artifacts from all over the world are found. Under the aircraft hangers and steel factories a construction worker found a crusades era long sword. just off the coast and washed up on the gold beaches divers and snorkelers have found native american arrowheads right next to Shinto style engravings. In the south a realtor found a Celtic rune stone in the foundation of a building they were renovating. On top of Giants Tooth island is a shrine of unknown origin. Boundary is a growing city with a large potential, and an ancient secret.
Supporting Cast
  • All Lucky Sevens.
    Esther's avatar. Takes the form of a small desktop slot machine looking gumball machine. Has the ability to bring a random object, effect, or knowledge out of the gumball machine when drawn. Can also cause a negative effect on certain rolls. Costs money on negative rolls 1d8 roll. 1=crit fail, 2=def fail, 3-4=mixed fail, 5-6=mixed succ, 7=def succ, 8=crit succ.
  • Anja Mccan
    the assistant to the headmaster who organizes all the finances and paperwork for the school. She appears cold and stoic but tries her best to support the student body with a sort of "tough love" ideal.
  • Baby Driver
    Hilde's avatar. Extremely over-protective, and a fucking asshole, acts like a dick because he's afraid others will hurt her. speakers on the palms of his hand, vibraphone keys as scales on his body. Guitar strings for hair.  Scarborough fair -- Can create objects that naturally have speakers which disintegrate in a ~5 minute period after 2 hours. The more complex and large a speaker is the longer the creation of the object takes.  Anyone is capable of interacting with these objects.  7 O'clock News -- Capable of hearing things further away but must relays sound through a constructed speaker.
  • Hyper Paradise
    James's Avatar. A 3 meter tall humanoid serpent with two fore-arm length blades on the tips of his arms. His head resembles a hammerhead shark. His tail is around 3 meters long. The Hunt -- allows hyper Paradise to move through porous materials. Engage -- allows hyper Paradise to slide into the pores of James and protrude parts of his body. Restrictions -- part of James's body must connect to the surface which Paradise is moving through. When engage is active James's pores fill with sand.
  • Kanaloa
    A gigantic squid said to be the bringer of magic. he is said to have led a rebelion against the gods taking spirits and attempting to control the seas. Following their defeat they were banished to the underworld, and Kanaloa banished to the deepest depths of the ocean. Kanaloa's ink is capable of forming a tattoo, the writing of said tattoo grants special powers to those tattooed.
  • Salao
    A gigantic marlin god who is said to controll the luck of sailors and navy ships. It takes the form of a large blue and white marlin. It's ability allows it to manipulate water currents, capable of either saving or drowning sailors.
  • San Shigenori Meguro
    A fit older fellow with a heavily tattoed right arm. He tends to dress casual/formal in a button up & jeans with asymmetrical sleeves. He is the favorite history teacher at EBH and the homeroom teacher of class 1-B.
  • Te Tunaroa
    A polynesian god, said to be the father of Eels. After raping Maui's daughter he was cut into many pieces and each piece formed a different eel. He takes the form of a humanoid which wears a Hawaiian shirt, and a large necklace. His head is an eel, and his body is slimy, each of his limbs are eels. His ability is that the eels can drop off of his body and he can cause them to perform actions.
  • Tim Friedman
    an extremely kind "wannabe hip" older fellow who is the chairman/headmaster of East Boundary High. He tries to keep up on trends that are common with "the youths" but is always a little late to the pull. He is a little overweight and tries to do all he can for his students. hates paperwork.

Episode 1: The first case

After the strangest first day of school ever, you drift off to sleep unsure of whether or not it was truly real. you each sleep with the feeling of someone watching over you, protecting you. Eventually you wake up, inevitably forget your dreams, and notice an announcement on your phones.   Explain how the game is divided into 4 shifts, normally a day has school which lasts 1 or 2 shifts, then the players can do things the other 2 shifts. The longer it takes for a group to solve something the potentially worse the problem becomes.
