Arbelladon and Alabyron
Elven brothers who can usually be found manning the bar at The Frosted Mug, one of the larger taphouses and inns in the city of Vimgalier. While they are both ostensibly good at their jobs, they vastly prefer getting into trouble and goofing off than working. -
Delebean Humplebumble
A gnome dressed in gaudy, richly decorated clothing with glittering blue eyes, woody brown skin and auburn hair whose thick curls emerge from the hat in large puffs. A close enough examination notices that he is missing the last two fingers on his left hand. The remaining fingers each have at least one ring on them, some obviously of little worth. -
Dryk
A gnoll woodsman with stark white fur who makes his home on the outskirts of Vimgalier. While gruff and distrusting of strangers, he understands the value of coin and - for a price - will act as a guide within the wilderness surrounding the city. -
Dudrai Obreti
Half-orc proprietor of The Farrow Wheel, general store in Blackbough. -
Lyndon Smyj
A member of the Sovereign Host who shepherds the residents of Blackbough. Takes his position seriously, but longs to return to more a civilized location. -
Nym
The elvish owner and hostess of The Frosted Mug, a popular inn in the city of Vimgalier. Personable and quick with a smile, she enjoys her work and relishes the opportunity to meet new people. -
Piony Oakweed
A gnomish commander of the Sovereign Host stationed at the Shrine of Pharos. Has little interest in quibbling over morals or ethics and cares only for enriching the shrine (and by extension, herself). Exploited Maxwell and his brothers in order to do just that, ensuring that Maxwell remained immobile and docile enough to consistently draw in more supplicants. -
Prim
Seemingly appearing as if from nowhere, Prim is the loyal(?) companion of Amity, Prim is a strange draconic creature seemingly made from plates of iridescent crystal. About the size of a large housecat, he(?) communicates through a strange series of mental images and projected flavors that are used to express various emotions (for example, smugness is cream-flavored). He is currently trying to take his measure of Amity and so far he has not been terribly impressed. -
Theo Puddlefoot
A good-natured and hardworking halfling who owns and maintains the Blackbough Tannery. Takes his job seriously and is frequently amused by the reactions of new customers when presented with the reality of his work. -
Vecs
Goblin in charge of the Vimgalier Library. A bit self-depreciating, he does not hold his race in high esteem. Jealously guards the rarer books that he has collected over the years, but he also enjoys sharing and spreading knowledge.
