Session 36 - Go To Hell - Report

General Summary

After their fight with the Nabassu, The Gang headed to Mythrenluna. Once there, Tally had his demon skin converted into armor (Studded Leather +1, +1 to Stealth in darkness). The rest of the party went drinking and Linda realized that her new pet bird, Keith, had died while in her armor (presumably during Gaidaros' Teleportation mishap). With Linda now enraged, Gaidaros began to feel the effects of his only believer being angry at his actions.   Heading back to Silmaniir, Lyra led the party out of the forest, heading toward the hills West of Naporia. On their journey, The Gang encountered a group of deer being chased and attacked by more demons. Linda threw a fireball charm from her necklace, wounding several of the creatures, but not actually drawing their attention.   The party later arrived in the hills where Lyra then led them to a cave that supposedly contained a portal into the Abyss. Before they could enter the cave, however, a bloody and wounded Vontine stumbled out of the trees with a grave warning that Lilith was coming. Tally noticed a raven in a nearby tree and threw a dagger at it. Upon being struck, the raven transformed into Lilith, who immediately commenced her attack on the Gang.   Tally noticed that Lilith had gotten much stronger than when she was previously with the group, and had new armor as well; full plate armor made from a dark metal with a raven insignia in the center of her breast plate. Realizing they may be outmatched now, he poisoned Lilith with Malice, temporarily blinding her, and improving their odds enough to take her down.   As Lilith laid on the ground, Antanasia appeared and stabbed Lilith through the chest with her Scythe, splitting the Raven insignia and releasing a black misty essence... that was then absorbed by Naemaris' ring. Lilith's eyes opened and Antanasia said to her, "You serve me now."
