What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
When you search for an article the search field does not search for the presence of the search term in article titles. I spent a long time trying to figure out why my newly created "Gold" material article was not appearing the search. It turns out it was because I had yet to type the word Gold inside the article. While I realize it is extremely common to type the name at least once in an article, it is is extremely poor UX to have to keep this in mind constantly when stubbing out whiteboard articles. Not to mention sometimes the article title may be a longform or altered naming of what the article body discusses. That or some people simply create articles as TODOs to later flush out.Follow up
In regards to this "Making the tool slow" I would be shocked if somehow searching short titles added a ton of bloat that doesn't seem to be there when searching entire article descriptions. I don't need every field to be searchable, literally just the titles of the article which may not be included in the description field.
