What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
Currently we can import copy-and-pasted CSV data to create variables, and we can see (and therefore copy and save) the raw json data for the variable collection.But, there's no way to easily convert between the two without using some other program and fiddling with the formatting.
A native CSV export in the same format that we can use for import (key,title,type,value), even if it were simply per-variable, would be extremely helpful and allow easier backup and copying of variable data.
How does this feature request address the current situation?
Adds functionality for ease-of-use and ease of backups in case of user error.What are other uses for this feature request?
Not many - it's pretty limited in scope.The Team's Response
Good suggestion! We've added this to our internal roadmap for a future update when we revisit variables.
