So we have spells as an article but not one for the magic it self. Yes natural laws could and do work for this, having something directly connected to magic will be great as many worlds have magic systems.

Thanks for your suggestions! The Law template is designed to talk about magic systems too, both natural and supernatural. Additionally, remember that, while magic might be supernatural from our perspective, it's often a natural part of the world from the perspective of those who live in the world.
