Sub-marker groups
I love marker groups, they are a great addition! The issue I run into however is cluttering the map with markers, and also it can make it difficult to differentiate different kingdoms due to the limited colours for markers. If having a parent marker group like for example Kingdoms Then having sub-groups like Kingdom of Trestenfell, kingdom of borog'dur You can then uncheck the Kingdom of Borog'dur marker group to see which cities Trestenfell controls.What are other uses for this feature request?
It can also help declutter a geography map. Unchecking rivers because my players are looking for a specific mountain for example. Didn't see this feature addressed in the project-atlas section of the road map. Thanks!The Team's Response
I bet we can do something like that for Atlas :)

on 2022-02-12 15:40I'd certainly use this feature. I've done a fair bit of sub-diving things in marker groups just to try to de-clutter. It would be so much better with this feature.
