What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?

I cannot create a suggestion with a "Whiteboard" category

How does this feature request address the current situation?

By adding "Whiteboard" as a category I wouldn't have to have chosen a random category such as "Articles & Templates" to create this. In addition to this I feel when any new feature is added it should also be added to the feature suggestion category such as "Chronicles" for instance.
