Due to the recent and unfortunate developments with Dungeons and Dragons, I think a lot of the community would feel comfortable having a statblock not linked to their format. Especially when they are attempting to shut down community items for the sake of their own profit.
Additionally, it would be nice to have a customizable statblock for those who have crafted their own RPG system. I don't believe I have seen a means to do so, yet, but I could be incorrect.
Rough concepts would be being able to add your own stats, modifiers, segments to the sheet, skills, and custom methods of organization. To avoid the task of having to do this for every single statblock, I'd also feel that saving your own custom template would be useful. While I don't think it's appropriate to address the full issue of WotC here, I do believe this feature would lift some discomfort for those affected. Even if the new OGL doesn't mean they're going to steal fan work, the notion of shutting down fan content is certainly enough for discontent. Capitalistic greed has always been infuriating to those not on the profiting end.
This feature would not only save many people this distaste for their sheets, it would also allow others to simply make their own sheets.

Follow up
I have realized custom statblocks are a feature behind a paywall. So I suppose D&D substitute blocks are the next best option.
The Team's Response
All Grandmasters have access to the Studio that allows you to COPY a statblock template (a sheet's design/structure) and create your own. Once you do, you can just use it for yourself or share it with the community as an alternative to a system or as your very own system
