Editor Visibility
What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
The ability to set prompt boxes on templates to default as visible or hidden. Currently, this can be set on the page once completed, or through code, but having a tick box would allow for this to be set at the template level and apply to all future articles without additional coding on the part of the writers.
How does this feature request address the current situation?
A simple tick box would allow for the person configuring the template to set the default visibility status.
What are other uses for this feature request?
For larger teams or articles that are used often, this feature would make the prompt boxes more useful and easier to manage by reducing the need to manually edit every article to change the visibility for things that the team uses internally but does not wish to have visible to the end user.
Follow up
For clarification, my writing team would like to be able to use these boxes to write content that is not necessarily visible to the end user to help manage continuity and internal consistency. Currently, as soon as any text is input into the box a header is generated and the text is displayed automagically. This would make the display of the content in the prompt box optional.
To keep from needing to add a new suggestion, this same feature could be included on the Statblocks to toggle off the display of Trigger/Impact/Removal lines. In short, for anything that will automagically add lines to the page whether we want them or not, there should be a convenient way to gag those lines.
The Team's Response
This is already a feature.
