What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?

I currently love having my categories TOC menus to be displayed like a Wikipedia using the horizontal feature. I feel like the World Codex menu is missing this feature. Excuse my ignorance if I am wrong!

How does this feature request address the current situation?

This feature would allow the World Codex to be displayed in a similar way to the TOC tag

What are other uses for this feature request?

None that I can think of.

This is not a bad idea but it has not received much support sadly. Keep in mind that the Charts can be used to create vertical menus :)
