World Anvil has so many features, but navigating between everything is a nightmare. A professionally designed menu orgnaization system that links campaigns, worlds, dashboards, images, and all other components would make World Anvil vastly better.
Follow up
No insult was intended. I can see that the programmers put a lot of love and effort into WA and the number of features it has is pretty overwhelming. I was referring to people who are specialized only in designing user interfaces and who are often not even programmers. I am beyond impressed with the number of features that keep getting added to WA, but I actually think that is a large part of the problem. As these features were not an initial part of the design they have to "welded" on and so the navigation becomes more convoluted. As much as I love WA (and support it) this is the largest frustration I have with it. I look forward to seeing the new UI.

Thanks for the suggestion! While we understand that navigating certain parts of World Anvil can be difficult for some users, we need feature suggestions to be more specific than that (you can look at other suggestions for an example). The Team is made up of professionals who are working every day to improve the design and experience of the site, as well as improving the features we already have. In fact, we're working on a UI update that will address much of the feedback raised by the community for the past few years. I'm sure you didn't mean it this way, but asking for a "professionally designed menu" implies that the current one wasn't built by professionals, which can be a problematic statement. Please keep this in mind if you open new feature suggestions.

on 2023-09-28 06:57It's a good idea, but you have to understand how the suggestions feature works, you have to ask for something VERY SPECIFIC. A generic "You should do this better" request is going to get rejected.
