What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?

My world has a table of contents that filters down by nation and then with a range of categories specific to that nation. It would be beneficial for a table of contents to be displayed that starts at the nation rather than for the entire world.     

How does this feature request address the current situation?

It would mainly provide a smoother experience when navigating the world and not having to go back to the homepage or search again through the categories to get to another article.  

What are other uses for this feature request?

It may allow multiple toc in an article that can link to a relevant category of similar articles.
