Ability to edit a written Article and change the Article template

I will explaine I have had this happen a few times now I keep Writing a Country accidentally as a Settlement. their are few differences from what i can see other than slight layout and a few extra writing prompts. I feel their should be a way to edit an article and port it over into a different article templat so for my instance I write a country under a settlement it should be simple to go in and flip a different template down and keep editing the different prompts.

Alternatively this could work for any article that you feel should be a secret article instead just flip it over to secret.
