After clicking the plus button, the cursor should auto focus into the Search field.
By auto focusing into the search field it speeds up my use with the tool ever so slightly and seems like it would be easy to implement.
Follow up
Not the bottom right plus button! The whiteboards plus button! I realize now that I only reference whiteboards as the subject of this suggestion :(
I am talking about reducing 2 clicks into 1. Its a button that is only used to open a search field. There is no con here, and this sort of behavior is not difficult to implement. I find it hard to believe people are actually spending points to downvote this simple UX win.
