What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?

Right now, much of my content starts in the notebook, then moves into the main world content after it gets run in session. This workflow is cumbersome, but is, in my experience, the best way to utilize notebooks. Ideally, there would be a "Convert to article" button that would dump the notebook's page into the main text, allow one to select an article template, name, and location in the article hierarchy, and then be taken to the full edit page from there, with a checkbox or similar to delete the notebook page after this process.  

How does this feature request address the current situation?

By adding a quick conversion methodology, this removes workflows dependent on copy-paste, and overall reduces clicks. It also helps the Notebook ecosystem become better integrated with the rest of the platform  

What are other uses for this feature request?

  Outside of my workflow, I'm sure that many people have started a notebook page and felt "This needs to become an article." For gamemasters, it effectively allows notebooks to become a larger, more organized "Storytelling seeds" location for any given article.
