What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
Currently, when searching for something on the map UI it just opens the article with that same name. First I would suggest that the search bar on the map only includes pins on the map and additionally, it would be so very helpful if after pressing enter on the search bar, that if a location under the typed name exists, it pans to the place on the map and possibly opens the pin. This is especially useful for big maps with hundreds of pins. Endless searching and scrolling to find a certain pin could be avoided.Follow up

Map searching is coming for Atlas within Q2/Q3 but the search will not be excluding the rest of the world. In fact the dream is for the global search to load the map if a pin is present.
