What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
I would like to have the ability to export my entire WorldAnvil project as plain text. If possible markdown formatting would be amazing, but not required. The current export has all the pages separated into their own HTML files which doesn't fulfill my needs. I'm not asking for a fancy print ready solution, just a plain text dump.How does this feature request address the current situation?
A simple export to plain text would solve this issue. No need to any fancy formatting or files. I'd be happy for this to be a plain text dump into a .txt file. Markdown formatting would be a massive addition if possible, but not required.What are other uses for this feature request?
This will allow us to export content and easily feed it into data processing or AIs. In my case, I like using AIs for co-operative writing, and I need to copy paste each page into the AI each time I want to start a writing session. The bigger and more complex my world gets, the longer it takes to do this. There are potentially a lot of other uses for this.Follow up
Might I ask why this was closed? Please let me know if there's a way to do something like this already.
