What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
I LOVE the breadcrumbs BBCode, it makes life simpler for providing navigation up and down categories. But I'm not a huge fan of the way it's working in my world. I don't keep long ToC's and tend to hide articles in relevant places to make clicking through the world more exploratory. This becomes a problem though because the categories appear empty, and the breadcrumbs to those categories don't do anything when clicked.How does this feature request address the current situation?
It would be great to get an alternative breadcrumb or be able to adjust a setting somewhere to disable the dropdowns and cause the categories to direct-link to the category page. I really hunted for something like this, but couldn't find a way to do it without creating breadcrumbs manually.What are other uses for this feature request?
In general I think this would just be a good overall alternative depending on how you want to set up your world.Follow up

I did that on my book of creatures, and clicking the category leads to pages directly without opening the dropdowns even though they are still usable like normal categories. Hope this makes sense?" Yes, I did figure this out but the downside is you lose some of the flexibility of the design for category pages in doing so. I couldn't find a way to get that flexibility back, hence the suggestion for the alternative bbcode.
