What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?

Currently, tags are created at the time of creating the statblock (or article), however, this is prone to user error, typos, and fat finger mistakes, which can become a major problem as content or number of authors increase.

How does this feature request address the current situation?

A list of defined tags that the user could select from in a click-to-add style would reduce the number of errors during the tagging process, and reduce downstream problems by having a defined set of tags that the author doesn't have to try and remember.

This would also reduce time simply by reducing the number of clicks/amount of typing.

What are other uses for this feature request?

An additional usage of the infrastructure for this system is that 'tag groups' could be created and applied en mass. For example, all articles of a particular type might share the same set of tags. (Campaign Setting, Setting Name, Continent Name, Kingdom Name). You could, in this case, create a list of tags for the associate Kingdom name, and have it one click apply all of the tags as a set.

The Team's Response

Great suggestion! So great, actually, that we're planning on a similar feature for the tag manager system, coming in a future update! :D
