Why are so many very important and different things lumped together in the same category? If you want to make a new religion, it tells you "this is a secondary link to the Organization Template" and its the same for countries. There are so many different things that fall under "organizations" that organizing them and tracking them is overwhelming and annoying when they’re all cluttered together in the same mess. Quite clearly and simply, a religion is very different from a country. Even militaries fall under this same category.

What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?

The dashboard tricks us into thinking the country and religion buttons are different options, but now, they’re all just “organizations.” We are missing what the dashboard implies. We are missing separate options for these things which are very different and should be organized differently.  

How does this feature request address the current situation?

If these things are separate, as you imply they should be on the dashboard, that would address the situation. We need new and separate article types that separate these things appropriately, so that when browsing we have different categories to sort the lists of articles, because clicking “organizations” to get a soup of everything isn’t useful.  

What are other uses for this feature request?

Better organization and browsing and sorting to dramatically improve the user experience and productivity. And it would add a use that is missing…the buttons on the dashboard for countries and religions are a lie, it’s not separate, and it’s extremely annoying even just to look at them knowing it wil take you to the same place as “organizations.”
